Unblock Recipients

    Hi Ryan,

Thank you for the question. No, there is not a way to do this via a workflow or to automate it in anyway.

If you believe there are legitimate addresses that are getting blocked repeatedly, please submit a support ticket here and give some examples so we can try to work through why that is happening. (Please mention this post in your ticket submission.)

We are trying to move away from unblocking lists of addresses because it hurts the reputation, but at the same time we want to make sure addresses that should not be blocked are not getting blocked.

    HI Alison,

Thanks for coming back to me on this.  We're trying to work internally to reduce the likelihood of our recipients becoming blocked, but the reality is that it's not uncommon to receive 3 soft bounces in 3 months for any given recipient, so we're always going to have to unblock some recipients.

I have developed a solution to identify and filter out soft bounces based on the SMTP code that is returned, and I was hoping to be able to automate unblocking on the back of that, though I appreciate this could cause headaches for you.
