Removing Emails from 'Unsubscribe' List

    Blake,

     

    Thank you for that information if you would like to resubscribe them there is a process where several things will have to be done.

     

    1.  Delete the Unsubscribe Record.  - this is found by going to Marketing and then going to the Unsubscribe 

    2. Change Email field to Allow on the Contact/Lead Record

    3. Change Bulk Email field to Allow on the Contact/Lead Record

    Can you let us know what you mean by "Remove Emails"?  Are you attempting to delete these people from CRM or are you attempting to resubscribe them?
