    Hi Gerry,

That is correct, you cannot have an email trigger lead onto a form submitted trigger. Yorick's suggestion is correct here, you can send the email and then check to see if the form was submitted.

If you're not using the form anywhere else you could use the Form submit trigger as a standalone trigger. A submit of the form implies that the email was read :-)

    Hi,

    Thank you for your suggestion.

If I start from a form submit trigger, it's not possible to have a negative path on that trigger. So how can I resend the email or send a reminder if they do not fill in the form after a couple of days?

    Thank you,
    Gerry

    Hi Gerry,

The scenario you're describing would need to be something like Added to List trigger > Send Email action > Form Submitted trigger, in order to have a negative path with follow-up actions. We have a couple examples of similar Campaign Automation setups here that may help illustrate that.

    Thanks!
