Unsubscribe Link - Subscription Management Page

    Hi Leigh,

The Unsubscribe tab in the Hyperlink Manager doesn't allow for the link to be altered in any way, so it will use either the Global Unsubscribe link or the link to a Subscription Page that you choose.

You are welcome to insert your customer subscription page/form via the Website URL tab in the Hyperlink Manager instead, however, an Email Send to more than 500 recipients requires that either the Global Unsubscribe or a ClickDimensions Subscription Page be used. Even if you have a custom page you've created outside of ClickDimensions, we will check for one options I mentioned, so you would still need to have that as well as your custom page.

Please let us know if you have further questions on this.

We send e-newsletters to our staff and these should not be unsubscribed from as they are mandated communications.

Is there any way that we can remove the Unsubscribe function from that appears at the top of email templates, particularly in mobile email providers?

    Kind regards

    Hi Erin,

Our system automatically checks for this in Email Sends of 500 or more recipients by default, therefore it wouldn't be possible to remove it without experiencing an error.

Further, we would have no way to control the options for mobile email providers, as that is actually within their own software, similar to the way some email clients such as Gmail and Outlook automatically append an Unsubscribe link.
