Inbox Preview - No Desktop Clients

    Hi Georgia and Gerry,

    We have noticed that the desktop clients are not showing in the Inbox Preview and our team is working on updating this. There's not an ETA on when that will be completed but it is being worked on.

    We are also having that issue.  I hope they increase the number of previews we get for the month after this is resolved.

    Hey All,

    I wanted to give you an update-- as of Update 8.11, we've updated the list of email clients and mobile devices in our Inbox Preview.  This is an instant update, but currently only available in the U.S. Data Center.  All others are scheduled for October 22nd.
