Automatic Campaign - Emails Reported as Completed - Not received

Hi, I'm new to ClickDimensions and looking for assistance with an issue in sending emails using automatic campaigns.

I can send an email manually to a marketing list without issue.

Sending to the same list using automatic campaigns results in the emails not arriving, even though they are reported as sent and completed.

Used triggers such as manual add and add to marketing list. In the statistics it is showing completed but again there is no email received and there is nothing showing on the contacts->sent emails.

Ideas? I'm also getting the odd DNS error message when new windows sometimes open. For example - appundefined.clickdimensions.com's server DNS address cannot be found.

Not sure if this is related.
