Creating a Account Lead Score

We are a B2B business where each account is a company. The companies can have multiple contacts linked to the account.

I've been asked to create a company lead score that is the aggregate of all the contacts linked to that account. We're on CRM 2016 on-premise.

Is this something that is already available in Click Dimensions?  If not, would you recommend approaching this through a workflow or a calculated field?
