Do I have to map all form fields to CRM?

I'm new to ClickDimensions and starting to set up some forms. However, I don't necessarily want all my form fields to map into CRM records. Do I have to? Two examples where I would not are listed below -

1. We have a general Contact Us form - do I really need their message in CRM?

2. We do training classes and have a form to request classes at given facilities. In the past, we've had fields for the Class Interest, Class Location and Preferred Month for the class to be scheduled. I do not believe we need to store all that data in the CRM.
