I have a requirement to capture all the survey answer responses or answers into a contact record.
if the participant is already a contact in CRM then create a contact within the participant(contact) record. other wise create a new contact with all the survey answer/responses.
1) DO I need to create all the survey questions inside contact record first? and then map using workflow all the survey answers/responses into the contact?
2) what is the process actually here?
I need to capture all the values into CRM.
I have about 120 question fields on the survey.
please let me know the solution for this in detail.
