Can Campaign automation react to email reply?

    Replies to ClickDimensions emails are not tracked in CRM, so unfortunately a Campaign Automation cannot react to a reply. You could circumvent this to an extent by handling replies through another method, such as directing your email recipients to submit their replies through a linked form, which can be tracked and reacted to in a Campaign Automation.
