Anyone else not able to open Email Editor?

We get this error when trying to open the email editor.

Our Email Sends have also been getting delayed... the last one was sent at 1:45pm and did not deliver until 8:30pm.

Now the Email editor throws this error.  We have verified the User/Pass has not changed and that our domain controller is successfully talking to our CRM/ADFS servers.

Anyone else experiencing this?
