InboxCast producing Wall View error

Hi All,

We are receiving the following error when attempting to use InboxCast on a marketing list (full error message appended to bottom of post):

<Message>msdyn_wallsavedquery With Id = 641205ae-cf53-4c1b-a82f-41071443230e Does Not Exist</Message>

We have a setup based on parent organisation with several child business units. Access to email sends is set at organisation scope for all users.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

David
