Exporting Bounce Lists

    Hi Rachel,

    Excluded Emails will only show recipients who weren't included on the Emails recipient list; so these individuals were not attempted to be sent to because they were unsubscribed, blocked, missing the email address, or suppressed from the send.

    Bounces occur when a recipient is included on the send and attempted to be sent to. If the receiving email server bounces the message, it will send a bounce message back to us which you can see in your CRM. The Email Send's related menu has the option to view related Email Events and you can look for Soft Bounces or other hard bounce types there.

    You can also run an Advanced Find to bulk pull a list of your bounces; we provide some suggestions on how to do that here.
