    Hi Maria,

If your form fields are mapping back to fields on the contact/lead record, that would store the form submission data directly on the record. Then you could build an email template and using the personalization menu pull in that data from those contact/lead fields.

Ideally, you would use a Campaign Automation to process the email sending after the form submission. it would look something like the below--note I did add a wait timer so that the fields on the contact/lead record would have time to finish populating before the email tries to reference them.

    Kind regards,

    Hello,

    thanks for your answer.

I would like to send to every contact a auto respond email with their preferences (in which subscription list there are opt in).

The preferences could be from none to five.

I am wondering how to make the template (using personalization) to send all these preferances back to each contact.

    Hi Maria,

I just realized that you submitted a follow-up question to this in another thread. I did provide an answer there but to further speak to this question, if you have fields on the contact record that store the in/out preference, then you can use the Personalization menu in your email template to add in the values of those fields. This blog post shows some examples of how using the personalization menu would result in the values being displayed dynamically in your email.

    Kind regards,
    Carolynn
