Introducing the Form Designer (New) with an updated and refreshing user interface to create responsive forms. The Form Designer (New) comes with a new drag & drop designer, easy-to-use form field configuration, multi-screen preview ability, customizable themes, and conditional form logic. Note: The Form Designer (New) is available only for customers on ClickDimensions UCI (Unified Client Interface) application. Customers with ClickDimensions On-Premises using the Classic Interface will not be able to access this designer. |

UTM for New Forms |
We have added UTM tracking for forms created using the Form Designer (New) which are embedded as widgets on UCI environments. UTM parameters are used to track the source of your visitors to help establish how efficiently your social posts, campaigns, or web pages are reaching your audience. |

No new IP addresses were added with this release. However, there have been several new ones in the recent past and we suggest taking a look at the article linked above to make sure you have allowed those new IP addresses.
