| New IP Addresses for Connectivity |
On August 10th 2025 Microsoft is disabling default outbound connectivity for network services that currently support Click's infrastructure for on-premise customers. As a result, Click must begin using an expanded IP range when connecting to your Dynamics/CRM environment.
The new IPs have been added to the Application Services section at the top of our Firewall Article. They are also listed in these release notes, down in the IP Address Additions section.
All accounts running an on-premise Dynamics/CRM environment must whitelist these new IP addresses by August 10th 2025 to ensure the Click application services can properly connect to your environment. Failure to do so will result in connection errors and interrupted functionality. |

IP Address Additions
Here is the current list of IP Addresses you may need to unblock to allow Click to work.
We have added the following new IP Addresses. All accounts running an on-premise Dynamics/CRM environment must whitelist the new IPs for their Data Center Region by August 10th 2025 to ensure proper communication between Click's services and your environment. These are in addition to the previously existing IPs, which must also remain whitelisted.
