Click's Shopify connector syncs data from your Shopify account to your Dynamics environment. Data will come in as Products, Order, and Abandoned Carts in our new Commerce navigation area within Dynamics, and can be used to generate new Leads and Contacts.
The Shopify Connector is currently in beta and requires Click Solution Version 2025.09. If you are interested in participating in the Shopify Connector beta program, please contact your Success Manager.
The Shopify Connector can be set up in the ClickDimensions Settings page's Commerce Connectors window. Once you have connected your Shopify store, Product, Order, and Abandoned Cart data will sync to your environment for the time range that you specified.
