Legacy Score
|
As part of our commitment to continuous improvement across the platform, ClickDimensions is pleased to announce the lead scoring feature is being re-engineered over the next few quarters. In this release, we are slowly sunsetting the Legacy Score feature by removing the 'Score' column in our Page Views, Visits, Sent Emails and Anonymous Visitor CRM Views. We also renamed the Score Settings in the ClickDimensions Settings page to 'Legacy Score Settings'. For more detailed information and to enable our New Lead Scoring, please reach out to your Customer Success Manager. |

As part of our Social Platform Enhancements, we removed Social Profiles from ClickDimensions Settings page and added Social Platform to the Navigation that will enable you to easily access the login page. Note : Only account owners can login to the Social platform. |

IP Address Additions
Here is the current list of IP Addresses you may need to unblock to allow ClickDimensions to work.
No new IP addresses were added with this release. However, there have been several new ones in the recent past and we suggest taking a look at the article linked above to make sure you have allowed those new IP addresses.
