New Drag and Drop Editor & Email Send

We've introduced a new Personalization Configuration in our ClickDimensions Settings page that will allow you to enable any CRM entity (native or custom) that has a many to one (N:1) relationship with your Contact, Lead or Account entities. Once enabled, you will be able to insert data from that entity from the Personalize button inside the New Drag and Drop editor or on the Subject line of your Email Send record. Example : if you enable the Opportunity entity > navigate to your New D&D template and select Personalization Type 'Lead' > then select the 'Qualified opportunity' field > Now a new entry will display so you can select fields from that opportunity record, such as its status, budget, etc. Note : We do recommend that you create New Email Templates in order to use these enhanced freemarkers to avoid any conflict with the existing ones. |
