ClickDimensions ending technical support for CRM 2011

Following Microsoft's end of extended support for CRM 2011, as of July 13, 2021 ClickDimensions will no longer be providing technical support for customers utilizing CRM 2011. 

ClickDimensions ending updates to CRM 2011

As of December 31, 2016, ClickDimensions will no longer be providing solution updates for CRM 2011 as part of our releases. However, each ClickDimensions release includes both solution updates and cloud updates, and customers using CRM 2011 environments will continue to receive cloud updates each quarter. Development will no longer be done with a CRM 2011 focus, but we will do our best to maintain compatibility. On June 2021,  version 8.2.7 was made available to CRM 2011 customers for compatibility with TLS 1.2. For more information regarding the coming TLS changes, please see our TLS article here.

NOTE: As of April 2018, ClickDimensions has released a new update, 8.2.2, for CRM 2011 users. This release includes updates to Subscription Management and Web Tracking to help CRM 2011 users comply with GDPR. This release only includes the features listed here and does not retroactively include any features added in prior releases since December 31, 2016.
