This article covers the Form Designer's Page Properties, which can be accessed in the right-side panel of the Form Designer when no Form Field is selected.
These Page Properties will apply to your Form as a whole, and are separated into categories: General, CAPTCHA, Logo in Form Title, Navigation, Field, Pages, Data, Validation, and Form Complete.
Each of these Form Designer page properties sections described in detail below:
General
The General section allows you to set the following:
Form Title: A user-friendly title for your Form.
Form Description: A subtitle for your Form.
Make the title and description visible: Choose whether the Form Title and Description are visible.
Read-only: Choose whether the Form is read-only. This may be desired in scenarios where you are auto-populating values in all the Form Fields and simply need the respondent to confirm the data by submitting the Form.
Form Width Mode: Choose from Static (fixed width), Responsive (Form occupies full width of screen), or Auto (applies Static or Responsive depending on the field types used).
Limit to one submission: Choose whether to limit each respondent to a single submission, or allow multiple submissions from the same respondent.
Captcha
The Captcha section allows you to toggle the Form's CAPTCHA on and off. Our Forms use Google CAPTCHA, and it is turned on by default. The CAPTCHA will not be shown until the Form is published, and is not visible in preview mode.
If you plan to embed your Form as a widget on a website under a domain that is different from the Domain in your Form's Web Content record, the Google CAPTCHA will allow submissions only if a valid SSL certificate is uploaded for that website's Domain/CNAME. For details on how to upload the necessary SSL certificate, see here.
Logo in Form Title
The Logo in Form Title section allows you to upload your company's logo for display alongside the Form Title.
You can specify the Logo width and Logo height, and if desired can apply a Logo Fit setting of Contain, Cover, or Fill: Contain resizes your logo to fit within the Title container, Cover resizes the logo to fill the container (may result in cropping), and Fill stretches the image to fill the container.

Pages
The Pages section allows you to add additional pages to your Form, give them names, choose whether to show or hide the page titles and/or numbers, as well as enable/disable a grid layout.
Conditions
The Conditions section allows you to create Custom Variables and Triggers to drive and determine conditional actions within the Form.
Custom Variables serve as intermediate or auxiliary variables used in form calculations. They take respondent inputs as source values. Each custom variable has a unique name and an express it's based on.
Triggers are events or conditions that are based on an expression. Once the expression is evaluated to "true", a trigger sets off an action. Such an action can optionally have a targeted field it affects.
Custom Variables created in the Form's Conditions properties section can be used in the individual Form Fields' Conditions properties to create conditional logic for the desired Form Fields. When Conditions are created within a Form Field's Conditions properties, corresponding Form Logic will be added to the Form Designer's Form Logic tab.
For additional information, see our articles on Expression Syntax and Form Logic.
Data
The Data section provides options related to clearing and updating field data. The options provided are:
Clear hidden fields values: Choose if and when to clear values for fields hidden by conditional logic.
Update text field value: Choose when to update text field values: On lost focus (value is updated when the input field loses focus) or While typing (value is updated in real-time, as users are typing).
Validation
The Validation section allows you to choose when to run validation on user inputs, and whether to set focus on the first invalid answer, if and when one is found. By default, validation is set to run when switching to the next page, but you can optionally set it to run after an answer is changed, or only when the Form is completed.
Form Complete
The Form Complete section is where you can configure properties related to the completion and submission of the Form. The available properties are:
Redirect to an external link after submission: Optionally provide a URL to redirect users to after they submit the Form.
Dynamic external link: Use expressions to define dynamic external links for various scenarios.
Show the "Thank You" page: Toggle whether to show the "Thank You"/Form Complete page when the Form is submitted.

Markup to show while form model is loading: Customize the text to show while the Form is loading.
Markup to show if the user already filled out this form: Customize the text to show if a user has already filled out the Form. This will only be used if you have set your Form to only allow a single submission per user.
