Lead Scoring

We've introduced Score History that enables you to see the activities of your Contact / Lead records on a specific Scoring Model. Navigate to your Contact or Lead in CRM, then to your Score navigation tab, you will see the list of Scoring Models and their Score associated. By selecting a Scoring Model, a new Score History icon will appear and by clicking on it, it will display a pop-up showing the engagements of that Lead or Contact associated to the rules setup in your Lead Scoring Model. For example : Form Submitted <Name of the Form> | Score | Date. |

No new IP addresses were added with this release. However, there have been several new ones in the recent past and we suggest taking a look at the article linked above to make sure you have allowed those new IP addresses.
