Problem
After initially saving a form field record or when browsing to an existing one, your custom fields do not appear in the field mappings area, or the mapping area does not render. Alternatively, when selecting an entity attribute to place in an email template or email send record you do not see a recently added or changed attribute.

The aforementioned scenarios are caused when the CRM metadata used by ClickDimensions is out-of-sync with the metadata containing the new attribute(s) you created. In order to correct this, please launch CRM and go to Settings & Support > ClickDimensions Settings.
Then press Solution Management.
Then press Metadata to publish the data.
