Problem
After initially saving a form field record or when browsing to an existing one, your custom fields do not appear in the field mappings area, or the mapping area does not render. Alternatively, when selecting an entity attribute to place in an email template or email send record you do not see a recently added or changed attribute.

The aforementioned scenarios are caused when the Dynamics metadata used by Click is out-of-sync with the metadata containing the new attribute(s) you created. In order to correct this, in your environment go to Settings & Support > ClickDimensions Settings.
Then press Solution Management.
Then select the "ClickDimensions" solution and click Update.
Then press Metadata to publish the data.

The aforementioned scenarios are caused when the Dynamics metadata used by Click is out-of-sync with the metadata containing the new attribute(s) you created. In order to correct this, popen your environment and go to Settings > ClickDimensions Settings.
Then press Solution Management.
Then select the "ClickDimensions" solution and click Update:
Then press Metadata to publish the data.
