Every time you send an email via an Email Send record, ClickDimensions creates a Sent Email record for each recipient who was sent an email. In these Sent Email records, you are able to see how many times the recipient opened an email, how many times the recipient clicked on a link in the email, and more. We also score the recipient based on how many times he/she clicked on a link in the email.
NOTE: The default value for each click is 10, but can be changed in Score Settings.

The Sent Email Record
The individual Sent Email records can be opened by double clicking on them. The record contains all information pertaining to a particular email sent to a particular recipient either as a one-off email or as part of an Email Send. Data found within the record includes, but is not limited to, the subject of the email, the From information, who the email was sent to, how many opens and clicks were recorded for the email, and which platform and email client the email was accessed from.
Sent Email records can be found in a number of different places in Dynamics. The main places you will see Sent Email records are the following:
As a Global View
ClickDimensions > Sent Emails. This is a running list of all Sent Email records that were created for every email you have sent using ClickDimensions since the last time your environment was cleaned out. This is known as a "global view" since this will display all Sent Emails from ClickDimensions.
From the Sent Email Send Record
ClickDimensions > Emails > 'Sent' system view > open the Email Send record.
These Sent Email records are created for the recipients that were each sent an email through because of the Email Send record. These can be found under the grid labeled Recipients (Sent Emails) when you scroll down slightly past the graphical email statistics iframe.
For customers who are using a version of ClickDimensions older than 8.8, find your Sent Emails from the Sent Email Send record in this way:
Open the Sent Email Send record. Navigate to the record's related menu. Choose Sent Emails from the related menu.
From the Individual Lead, Contact, or Account Record
Lead/Contact/Account record > Related Records Menu > Sent Emails. When you open any of these records, you can see a list of all the emails that have been sent to this person via ClickDimensions.
From the Associated CRM Campaign
Campaign records > Related Records Menu > Sent Emails: When you associate a Campaign record with an Email Send record before sending the email, all of the Sent Email records will be placed in the Campaign record as well.
The information viewed in this window can be exported into an Excel sheet by clicking the Export Sent Emails button on the top right.
All of this information is also natively in CRM so it is accessible in CRM Export to Excel reports, Advanced Finds, and Workflows.
