Conversions

Where can I find the Conversions tab?

Open the Email Send record under the Sent view > click Email Statistics ribbon.

Click the Conversions tab to view the statistics.

What data is included in the Conversions tab?

Here you will see statistics regarding:

Emails Delivered: This number is calculated by counting the Email Event records of type=Deliver for the Email Send.

Unique Clickers: This number is calculated by the Sent Emails where clicks > 0. For more details regarding this statistic versus the Unique Clicks statistics, please see the Unique Clicks section of our article here.

Unique Opens: This number is calculated by the Sent Emails where opens > 0.

Recipient Web Activity: These statistics will show the percentages and numbers of unique recipients who engaged with your website from this particular Email Send.  This is the number and percentage of recipients who have at least one visit record associated to the Email Send (unique visits) and the number and percentage of recipients who have at least one Posted Form record or one Posted Survey record associated to the Email Send (unique Posted Forms, unique Posted Surveys).

Overall Web Activity: These statistics will show the total number of Posted Forms, Posted Surveys, and website Visits generated from this particular email send. This is the count of all visit records associated to the Email Send, the count of all posted form records, and the count of all posted survey records associated to the Email Send.

NOTE: Lookup fields are included on the related Visit records, Posted Form records, and Posted Survey records that associate these records to the Email Send they are related to. Posted Forms and Posted Surveys will link to the Email Send record if the originating form/survey was linked directly from the Email Send or the form/survey was embedded into another page as a widget. The Posted Form/Posted Survey will not link to the Email Send record if the originating form/survey was embedded onto another page as an iFrame.
