The ClickDimensions Error Trace is a valuable tool that allows users to check for errors encountered while using various ClickDimensions features.

Where to Find the ClickDimensions Error Trace
Navigate to Settings > ClickDimensions Settings and from there click Error Trace to open the Error Trace window.

Using the ClickDimensions Error Trace
The Error Trace window contains three primary components: The search bar, results window, and feature selector sidebar.
Click the feature in the sidebar for which you would like to check for errors, then click the Search button in the search bar.
By default, up to 500 of the most recently occurring errors will be shown here. The Date Range fields allows you to specify that only errors occurring between two specific dates should be included in the search results.
Each error includes a Reference Number which you can send to support if you need help or you save to reference internally. You can either search the error messages here on the help site, or submit a Support Ticket to further investigate any issues.
Feature-Specific Errors
The following ClickDimensions features can be monitored in the Error Trace:
Emails
This section displays any issues with email messages going out. You can sort based on the Email ID (this is a uniquely generated ID for each email, available in the record's URL), Subject of the email, previously pulled Reference Number, or Date Range when the email sent.
Text Messages
You can search based on the Request ID (a uniquely generated ID for each Text Message) in addition to a previously pulled Reference Number or Date Range.
Forms
Filter based on the Form's particular name, Reference Number or a Date Range.
Surveys
Sort based on the Surveys's name, Reference Number or a Date Range.
Subscription
Look up errors based on the Subscription Page's name, Reference Number or a Date Range.
GoToWebinar
Filter based on the Connector name, Reference Number or Date Range.
Webex
Search based on the Connector name, Reference Number or Date Range.
Eventbrite
Look up an error based on the Connector namne, Reference Number or Date Range.
Connection
This will show any issues that ClickDimensions had connecting to your CRM. This can involve outages or interruptions between our service and your system.
Profile Management Sync
Displays any issues regarding Profile Management Sync jobs.
