Add the Trigger to a Campaign Automation
To add a Submitted Subscription Trigger to a Campaign Automation, click on the trigger icon in the sidebar and drag in onto the Campaign Automation Canvas.
Once the Submitted Subscription Trigger has been added to the canvas, click on it and you will see the right panel change to show the properties of the trigger.
Display Name (required): Once you select a subscription page, this will change automatically to the name of that survey, however you may change it to whatever you would like.
Select Subscription (required): Choose an already created Web Content subscription page. For help on how to create a subscription page, see here.
Note: A note is an optional field for any details that need to be written about the trigger.
NOTE: A Subscription Page can only be used with one published Campaign Automation at a time. If, in a second Campaign Automation, you attempt to select a Subscription Page that is already in use and save it, an error message such as the one below will appear to indicate in which Campaign Automation the Subscription Page is being used:
Now connect the Submitted Subscription trigger to at least one series.
