Click gives you the ability to whitelist CNAMEs for your domain using our Whitelist CNAME feature. Whitelisting a CNAME is often required to allow Google CAPTCHA to work correctly within widget-embedded Web Content (Forms, Surveys, Landing Pages, and Subscription Pages). This article shows how to use our Whitelist CNAME feature.
Navigate to Settings > ClickDimensions Settings and select SSL Certificates:
This will open the Configure SSL Certificate and Whitelist CNAME window:
Select the Whitelist CNAME tab. This window displays any existing Whitelist CNAMEs. Click the Add New button to open the Whitelist CNAME window:
In the Whitelist CNAME window, provide a Web Content CNAME in the required field and click the Add button:
You will then be taken back to the Whitelist CNAME tab, where you will see an entry for your newly added Whitelist CNAME.
Now you can widget-embed Web Content using this Whitelist CNAME while maintaining Google CAPTCHA functionality!
