By default, Click Social collects data based on the number of social listening posts available in your account. The limits are reset monthly at midnight UTC on the first of the month.
If the number of posts your queries collected exceeds the monthly limit, your queries will be paused and you will have to resume them manually.
To better control the account limits, you can set up a limit for each query in the query setup window. Once the query reaches the limit, it will automatically pause and stop collecting data. he query limit is based on the total number of posts you want your query to analyze, so potentially, it can exceed the number of posts in your monthly allowance.
If you want to resume collecting data for a paused query due to surpassing the limit, you will need first to increase the limit and then click the Resume button in the query menu.
