Social Listening allows you to stay updated when important events are happening. Currently, two types of notifications are available for Social Listening users:
- Spike Alerts: Triggered when we detect a significant increase of posts collected by our engine for your query.
- Sentiment Alerts: Allows you to stay updated when an increase in negative sentiment is detected and, as a result, not to miss a crisis.
To set up notifications for queries in your account, click on the top corner menu button and choose Notifications.
Here, you can enter the email addresses where you want to receive notifications, and choose what types of notifications you want to receive.
Once you have made your changes, simply click Save.
