The Analytics tab in the Advocacy Board allows Advocates to see how their social posts are performing, help them grow their impact, and increase engagement.
Admins can turn Analytics on or off from the Board Settings > Features:
Dashboards
The Analytics tab includes four dashboards that Advocates can use to understand the effectiveness of their Advocacy and use this knowledge to tailor their future posts for improved results.
- Stats: Overall performance of posts shared through the board including re-shares, reach, engagements, clicks, likes, and comments.
- Leaderboard: Top Advocates for shares or clicks.
- Followers: Follower growth across networks.
- Activities: Activities (reactions, comments, X (Twitter) replies) on the Advocate's posts and the Lead who did the activity.
Data Differences Between The Dashboard And The Leaderboard
At times, there may be differences in the data that is displayed between the Leaderboard and the Advocacy analytics dashboard. There may discrepancies between the two platforms if the board admin deletes or edits a message that was shared to the Board after the Advocate published it, because the message will no longer be counted in the Leaderboard, while still showing in the Click Social App Analytics report.
