Once you set up an Advocacy Board, Click Social allows you to configure which channels will be available for Advocates to connect. By default, Advocates can connect up to four social profiles. If you would like to increase this limit, contact your Success Manager.
To enable to disable channels, go to your Board's Settings, click on Channels, and check the channel types that you want to allow.
Here are the available channels:
- LinkedIn Personal Profiles
- LinkedIn Company Pages
- Facebook Personal Profiles (Native Only)(Link attachments only)
- Facebook Pages
- X (Twitter) Handles
- Instagram Personal Profiles (Mobile Only)
Advocates cannot connect an Instagram Personal Profile to Click Social, but if there are Instagram Messages in your Stories, Advocates will be able to select "Personal Profile" with the Instagram logo, and share to their Personal Profile through the Mobile application.

- Xing Profiles (Native Only)
- WeChat Profiles (Mobile Only)
Note that sharing on specific channels is only available from the mobile app or through native sharing dialogs.
