We updated the logic for CRM record creation (Contact or Lead) upon Form submission, we will now create it via one API Call using the email, first name and last name fields. This will be rolled out to customers in phases. |

We updated the logic of our deduplication service for Email Sends and added a field 'Allow Duplicates' in the Advanced settings to define the preferred behavior when sending an email to multiple contacts or leads sharing the same email address in CRM. |
