Purpose
The Contact Us Form template is designed with a follow-up you can use for staying connected with your customers who submit a contact form. While it's intended for a contact form, you can use this template to start any form follow-up process that you wish.
Selecting the Template
You can follow our instructions for implementing templates and then once you reach the templates screen, select the Contact Us Form template.

The automation's process is linear, beginning with the participant's form submission (1). Once in the automation, the participant will be added to a list (2) and receive a series of emails (3, 5, 7, and 9) spaced out by the timers (4, 6, and 8).
