You can now send transactional emails from Campaign Automation in an Opt-Out environment. We added a new setting to the Send Email action where you can decide whether the email that will be created is a marketing email or a transactional email. |

Two new fields were added to the Email Send entity: Email Send Type and Category. Email Send Type is a read-only field that is populated according to where the email was initiated. The Category field has some predefined options but users will also be able to add categories with customizations. Both fields will help users better understand the email send statistics.
The Category field will also display when setting up Quick Sends, Email Templates, RSS to Email Connectors, and the Send Email Action in automations. |

IP Address Additions
Here is the current list of IP Addresses you may need to unblock to allow ClickDimensions to work.
No new IP addresses were added with this release. However, there have been several new ones in the recent past and we suggest taking a look at the article linked above to make sure you have allowed those new IP addresses.
Plugin Changes
The ClickDimensions CRM plug-ins are updated to use TLS version 1.2 for improved security when communicating with ClickDimensions services over the internet. This update does not require other TLS changes to your CRM or Windows servers.
