With the Teams Meeting and Live Events connector setup, ClickDimensions will bring in some information on each event and all of the people who signup for it.

Event Participation Records

From the creation of Event Participation records, the fields that are mapped to the associated Lead or Contact records automatically are: First Name, Last Name, and Email

Meeting Limitations

The following are the limitations upon the data that can be pulled in for Teams Meetings:

  • We can not differentiate between Meetings and Live Events
  • We can not capture Actual Meeting Start and End times
  • We can not capture Meeting attendees, attendance rate, actual join/leave time, Q&A engagement

Live Event Limitations

The following are the limitations upon the data that can be pulled in for Live Events:

  • We can not differentiate between Meetings and Live Events
  • We can not capture Attendees
  • We can not identify Presenters and Attendees
  • We can not capture actual Start and End times of the event
  • We can not capture Live Event total attendees, actual join/leave time, Q&A engagement
