Click Social will send out email alerts by default when specific events take place in your account. If you wish to customize your notifications to best suit you, simply head over to My Profile > Notifications.
Below are the notification options available to you in Click Social:
Publishing Notifications
- Notify me when all posts in a campaign are sent.
- Notify me when a post has failed to go out.
Inbox Notifications
- Notify me when new conversations are available in my inbox.
- Notify me on assignment creation.
- Notify me when my assignment is updated.
- Notify me when my assignment status changes.
- Send me a daily report of all open assignments.
Analytics Notifications
- Send me a weekly report of all social metrics.
- Send me a daily report of sent posts.
Advocacy Notifications
- Notify me when a new suggestion is available.
Content Approval Notifications
- Notify my when new content is pending my approval.
- Notify me when my content is approved.
- Notify me when someone requests a revision on my content.
- Notify me when I am added or removed from an approval workflow.
- Notify me when an approval request has been deleted.
- Notify me when a post is removed from approval and reverted to a draft.
- Notify me when a post pending approval request expired.
- Notify me when an expired post is automatically reverted to a draft.
Other
- Notify me whenever someone mentions me in a note.
