When connecting a new social profile or page to Click Social, it will collect posts, interactions, and analytics from the social networks' APIs on your behalf. It means that Click Social will not only display and collect analytics about posts that you sent from the platform, but also about the ones that you posted natively. You can turn this option ON or OFF for specific profiles and pages when connecting a new social profile or via the profile settings window.
Expected delays in data collection
Since Click Social needs to periodically pull the posts and interactions from the social network's APIs, it can take any time from a few minutes to a few hours from the time a post or comment is published until they appear in Click Social.
| Network | Up to |
| 15 minutes | |

| X (Twitter) | 4 hours |
| YouTube | 4 hours |
| TikTok | 4 hours |
