Why should I use the Hyperlink Manager to add Web Content links to my email?
In addition to saving you time since you won't have to open a Web Content Editor to get a link from its Embed menu whenever you want to link to the record, using the Hyperlink Manager to add a link to your Form, Survey, or Subscription Page will also allow us to automatically populate the recipient's email address into the Email field on the record when they open it.
Linking Web Content in the Free Style Editor
Open the Free Style editor within an Email Template or Email Send, and the button to access the link manager will appear at the top of the designer window.
Linking Web Content in the Custom HTML Editor
When you open a Custom HTML email, you will see the buttons for Subscription Management Pages and active Form records. Other links can be added manually.
Linking Web Content in the Drag and Drop Editor
When you edit a content block, click the link icon and a pop-up window will open where you can choose which web content record to link. For more help on navigating this editor, please view the Drag and Drop Editor page.
