Campaign Automation timelines allow you to see a visual representation of how a participant progressed through the Campaign Automation.
Goals
- Understand how to read a Campaign Automation Timeline
NOTE: If a participant meets the criteria for both paths, they will not continue the flow until both paths have completed. Example: Path A goes to a wait timer of 5 minutes before proceeding to point C, Path B goes to a wait timer of 2 days before reaching point C Result: The participant will not reach point C until 2 days has passed because this is when they will finish both paths.
The Timeline
From the Campaign Automation Builder, click the Participants tab. Here you'll have access to the Timeline of each individual participant involved in the Campaign Automation, click the corresponding link within the Timeline column and a new window will open.
This is the individual's Timeline for their status within the Campaign Automation:
Any of the steps that are in color will indicate that the individual has already gone through that step, or is actively on that step. Any of the grayed-out steps or paths will indicate that the individual did not or cannot access that step or path through the campaign automation. Any of the steps that are in reduced saturated color indicate that the individual has not yet gone through that step, but possibly still could.
