After you create an Email Send record, you may want to use the same information to send another email. You can duplicate the Email Send record so that everything except for the recipients is placed into a new Email Send Record. You can also do this on a Sent Email Send. This is the best way to send an email similar to one you've already sent.

For example, if you send out an email in the morning and you later realize you forgot to send the email to another marketing list, you can go to ClickDimensions > Email Sends and change the view to Sent. Choose the Email Send record and open it.
Depending on the size of your web browser, the Clone button may be showing in line with the other commands. If so, press it.
Otherwise, select the More Commands button (...) then press the Clone button.

The Cloned Email Send
After clicking Clone, a new window will open containing the new copy of the Email Send.
The subject will have [CLONE]: in front for easy recognition of the new Email Send.
The values from the following fields from the original Email Send will be carried over into the clone:
- Email Template
- Editor Type
- From Record Owner
- From User
- From Name
- From Email
- Email Address Field
The content of the HTML version and Text version of the associated Email Template will also carry over. If you made any changes to your Email Template in the Email Send that you chose to clone, those template changes will carry over to the cloned Email Send as well.
Any recipients or suppression lists added to the original Email Send are not carried over to the clone.
