| Campaign Automation |
We added a configurable option in the form of a new checkbox to Submitted Form, Submitted Subscription, Submitted Survey, Registered for an Event, Attended an Event and Added to List triggers, to allow users to control whether the trigger will trigger the automation only once for each participant or multiple times. The default behavior for the above triggers will be to allow multiple times. |

| Emails |
We added the option on Email Sends to send transactional emails in opt-out environments. More and more customers are asking for the option to send "Transactional" emails in opt-out environments. Today we have the "Transactional" selection field with "yes" and "no" options only in opt-in environments. We are now adding the same field to opt-out environments as well. The field will behave the same as in opt-in environment. |

| Security |
Transport Layer Security (TLS) is a security protocol to encrypt and authenticate secure connections across the web, either from a web browser or between web servers. ClickDimensions is updating systems to require TLS version 1.2 for improved security. Note this change will be made after the 10.5 release, and we are currently aiming for deployment in July.
