Once you've created an Email Send record and optionally inserted the template you want, you can edit that template and its text version from within the Email Send.

Edit the HTML Version
Here you will see the template you chose. You can now make any changes you'd like by clicking Open Editor or the Full Screen button just like when you created your template.
You can also click the Fullscreen button from the top ribbon, which will also allow you to open the editor and make changes.
If you did not chose a template, this area will be blank and you can insert the content of your email here.
NOTE: If you choose a template and you make changes, it will not change the Email Template record. It will only change the HTML Version for this particular Email Send Record.
Edit the Text Version
At the top tabs is the Text Version. You will need to click It to Edit the Text Version
You can create a text version of your email if you haven't already by clicking the blue A button.
For more information on the Text Version, click here. Always remember to click Save.
