With LinkedIn PDF Carousel Posts, you can share engaging and interactive content with your audience by uploading PDF documents as carousels.
Traditionally, you could have posted PDF documents as a link attachment where you could select the preview image for the PDF and view it in a separate tab via a link. With the introduction of PDF Carousel Posts, you can now upload PDF documents as carousels to share long-form content or presentations directly on your LinkedIn profile.
How It Works
- Prepare Your PDF: Begin by creating or converting your content into PDF format.
- Upload the document via post console: Go to Publishing > New Post > Select LinkedIn Network > Add Media > Upload the PDF file or select it from your Media Library.
- Review and Edit: The first page of your PDF will display with an option to navigate pages, view the page count, and add a title to your document. Click the PDF button in the top-right corner to view it in a separate tab.
- Publish Your Carousel: Once you're satisfied with your carousel, click Post to share it with your LinkedIn network.
Limitations
- File Size Limit: LinkedIn limits PDF uploads to 100MB and 300 pages.
