If you want to send a trackable email to one person you can create an Email Send Record straight from the Lead or Contact record.
NOTE: Individual Emails can also be sent via Quick Send or via a CRM workflow.

- Learn a way to create an Email Send and send an email to an individual recipient.

Open the record of the person you wan to send to, and at the top of the record, click on the Send Email button and a new Email Send record will be created for you.
The recipient record will already be attached. Just fill out the information, add the content of the email, and hit send just like a normal Email Send record.
